A licensed Florida physician will review your health history, discuss your symptoms, and determine whether you meet the state’s eligibility requirements for a medical card evaluation.
Not sure where you fit? Florida allows physicians to evaluate certain comparable conditions and chronic nonmalignant pain when state requirements are met.
